Quiénes somos. TraduMega es una app de Apphive, Inc. (Estados Unidos). Al usarla aceptas estos términos y el Contrato de licencia de usuario final estándar de Apple (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), que se aplica en todo lo que estos términos no digan.
Qué hace. Muestra en grande lo que dices o escribes y lo traduce. El modo «sin red» es gratuito. El modo «en línea» puede requerir una suscripción o compra dentro de la app.
Las traducciones pueden equivocarse. El reconocimiento de voz y la traducción son automáticos y pueden contener errores. No uses la app como única fuente en situaciones médicas, legales, de seguridad o de emergencia.
Suscripciones. Se compran y gestionan con tu cuenta de Apple. Se renuevan solas al final de cada periodo salvo que las canceles al menos 24 horas antes, en Ajustes > [tu nombre] > Suscripciones. El precio y lo que incluye cada plan se muestran en la app antes de pagar. Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple según sus reglas.
Uso correcto. No uses la app para grabar o traducir a otras personas sin que lo sepan cuando la ley lo exija, para actividades ilegales ni para saturar o atacar el servicio.
Servicio «tal cual». Damos la app tal como está. Podemos cambiarla, pausar el modo en línea o dejar de ofrecerla. En la medida que permita la ley, Apphive, Inc. no responde de daños indirectos, y su responsabilidad total no supera lo que pagaste en los 12 meses anteriores.

Ley aplicable. Ley del Estado de Delaware (Estados Unidos), sin perjuicio de los derechos que te dé la ley de consumo de tu país.

Who we are. TraduMega is an app by Apphive, Inc. (United States). By using it you accept these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which applies to anything these terms don't cover.
What it does. It shows what you say or type in large type and translates it. Offline mode is free. Online mode may require a subscription or in-app purchase.
Translations can be wrong. Speech recognition and translation are automatic and may contain errors. Don't rely on the app as your only source in medical, legal, safety or emergency situations.
Subscriptions. They are bought and managed with your Apple account. They renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before, in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. The price and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you pay. Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.
Proper use. Don't use the app to record or translate other people without their knowledge where the law requires it, for illegal activities, or to overload or attack the service.
Service "as is". We provide the app as it is. We may change it, pause online mode or stop offering it. To the extent the law allows, Apphive, Inc. is not liable for indirect damages, and its total liability does not exceed what you paid in the previous 12 months.

Governing law. The laws of the State of Delaware (United States), without prejudice to the rights your local consumer law gives you.
